Shipping & returns

By default, all prices on the website are shown including VAT unless otherwise stated.

We strive to keep all fittings and pipes listed on the website in stock and so are able to offer same day or next day despatch. Order before 13:30 for same day despatch. The customer will be notified if any items are not in stock or cannot be despatched within a reasonable amount of time.

Please note, we currently despatch to main land UK. If you want the goods sent outside of this region please give us a call for a quote on delivery prices at 01234 866497.

We use a next day delivery service sent with a courier. If for whatever reason, your package does not arrive when expected, please inform us immediately so we can start a dialogue with the courier to rectify the issue.

All orders over £150 excluding VAT qualify for free delivery otherwise we charge £6.95 excluding VAT for post & packaging. The basket total will be adjusted automatically.

You can collect from one of our affiliated stores which are located in Bedfordshire. This can be selected during the checkout process. Once the order is ready for collection, we will email you to let you know. With stocks being held in multiple warehouses, this process may take a day to process.

If for whatever reason you should need to return any goods, you can find the returns form in the my account section of the website. Once authorised, you will need to return the goods back to the address we specify at your own expense. We recommend using a service that is tracked and insured as we cannot be held liable for any returns that go missing or get damaged.

All returns accepted up to 14 days of receipt of goods unless products have been specially modified for a customers needs.
